This blog post is short and sweet. It's Thanksgiving week, so here is what I am grateful for:
Discernment. To hear from God is an honor and a privilege. I'm not always confident in this gift but when I'm sure, I'm sure. And that's a beautiful thing.
Health. For me and my loved ones. Feeling and being good is nothing to take lightly. I had a cold that lasted over a month that I am just now getting over. While you're going through it, you're thinking, "I can't wait to feel okay again." I am so grateful for God's hand being on me and my family, healing and protecting us from sickness.
Balance. Whew! I couldn't have written that even a month ago. But finally I am learning how to manage my time between spending time with God/worship, work, rest, business, family, and my personal life. I'm giving attention to what needs attention when it needs it. Can you say, prioritize?
Family and friends. My tribe is strong. We pray together. We help each other where needed. There's no words to describe how I feel about my loved ones, but grateful.
God, my Father, my friend, my Savior, the homieeee! He died for me. He wakes me up right on time, rested and with the energy I need for the day. He's just so mindful of me. He's my soulmate, for real.
Happy Thanksgiving, family. I pray that this season and the many years to come bring you just what you need when you need it.
Love,
Renée Nicole
