I just got back to the states from Greece! Ahhh! What an incredible experience! Greece has never really been on my bucket list but now that it’s been checked off, I can say it is such a beautiful country to see firsthand and thanks to SHEIN.com, I dressed in style on a budget.
We visited three locations starting with the bustling city of Athens where temps reached 105 degrees Fahrenheit (or 40 degrees Celsius). On the first night we enjoyed my favorite destination of the trip, Dinner in the Sky where we inhaled a six-course cuisine and drank unlimited wine to breathtaking views of the Acropolis while bopping to tunes like Let the Sunshine In by the 5th Dimension and Levitating by Dua Lipa (how fitting). I wore the scarf-print cropped halter with thigh-split skirt set.
On night two we ate under the fireworks with an even closer view of the Acropolis at 360 Cocktail Bar. One of my favorite pics is taken here with the citadel as my backdrop, sporting my chained shoulder, dark floral crop top and split-thigh skirt set.
At 5am we left our downtown apartment and hopped in a luxe sprinter to catch our four-hour ferry ride to the island of Santorini. I wore a flowy cream & tan striped cami dress with my fave pearled sandals (also from SHEIN).
I knew that Santorini was the photo-op island so I decided to save my blue high split tie dye skirt set to complement the beautiful white, blue domed churches the island is famously known for.
On day four we enjoyed my second fave adventure of the trip, partying on a yacht on the Mediterranean Sea at sunset. We indulged in a delicious meal, more unlimited wine smh, and jumped off the boat into crystal blue water (cue the Migos). My swimsuit was from Matte Collection but I paired it with the sheer, ruffle pants from my three-piece white SHEIN swimsuit.
Later that evening I threw on my all-black crop top and high waisted skirt set to hit the town.
The next day we hopped on another ferry to head to the island of Mykonos. I wore my Name a Better Duo pop of color yoga set to be comfy cute (head to reneenicoleproductions.com to check it out and cop your fit).
Our beautiful six-bedroom villa included a saltwater pool and balconies overlooking the ocean. It was only right that I throw on my SHEIN tie dye ruched bandeau bikini and purple beach dress (I mix and matched swimsuits to be unique).
Later that evening we dined at Mamalouka where we just so happened to be having an all-white dinner and witnessed a marriage proposal (Dear Mr. Right, pop the question to me on a beautiful island). My all white crop top and high split skirt (notice the trend) was my fave of all of my outfits. It fit me just right.
On the last day of our trip we hit Tropicana Beach Bar where I took a risqué approach to parlaying beachside, rocking my pastel thonged bikini for some photos before slipping back into high waisted shorts and a tie halter top.
All in all SHEIN understood the assignment and aced that jawn! I ordered size small in everything and the only outfit that was a little tight was the skirt from night two that I wore to 360 Cocktail Bar but I think a medium would have been too big so I just tugged and tucked as needed. I also got four pair of adorable sandals all in my standard size of 8 1/2 that fit perfectly and three loungewear sets (one you’ll see in the gallery below that I didn’t wear until I got home).
If you’re looking for afordable vacay fits, SHEIN is the plug. I didn’t want to spend too much on clothes that I wouldn’t wear on a regular basis so this was the perfect solution. With international travel, you run the risk of losing your checked bags but if you bargain shop and invest in travel insurance (I paid $45 through AMEX), you can fly stress free.
Greece is a must visit and SHEIN is a must shop and I’m not getting paid to tell you that (I should be tho, so go on and holla at them on my behalf). What destinations do you hope to check off your list? Comment below!
Ooh I LOVE SHEIN and all of YOUR LOOKS! Thanks for sharing your pieces and allowing me to live vicariously through you during this Greece trip. It is on my bucket list and so are the those destinations like Dinner in Sky and doing a yacht trip on the Mediterranean Sea.
